1. Acceptance
By creating an account or connecting a Facebook Page, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you are using Crowdsweep on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to bind that business.
2. The service
Crowdsweep reads comments on your connected ads and posts, flags those that match the moderation rules you enable, and lets you (or your rules) hide, unhide, or delete them via Meta's official Graph API.
3. Your account
- You are responsible for activity under your account and for the rules you configure.
- You must comply with Meta's terms and policies for any Page you connect.
- You must keep your contact details accurate.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Crowdsweep to:
- Suppress lawful criticism, reviews, or protected speech in violation of any law.
- Violate Meta's Platform Terms, Community Standards, or Advertising Policies.
- Reverse engineer, resell, or abuse the service or its API access.
You are solely responsible for your moderation decisions. Crowdsweep provides tools; the choice of what to hide or delete is yours.
5. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
6. Disclaimers
Crowdsweep is provided “as is.” Automated detection is not perfect and may flag or miss comments. We do not guarantee any particular result, uptime, or change in ad performance.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crowdsweep is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any moderation action taken through the service. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior 12 months.
8. Termination
You may stop using the service and disconnect at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or Meta's policies.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
